I've been playing hooky from Lightwave & messing with FL Studio.
My wife needed some music for her interval training- just something bouncy which changed tempo every minute.
If you or your other is looking for something like this, there are two. Each is a free(28MB) download.
There's a streaming player & more info on the page.

hit workout1..

for me as a songwriter from the 80-90's....lacks any hookey riff or tunes/phrases and a over used handclap and boring drum programing..

sounds like music designed by black and decker [hammer drills]

sorry!...you asked!
i might just have made your 'hate list'!! eeek!

You'd have to work harder to get on that list.
Critique lacked any real malice- could have been nastier:neener:
Anyway, she just needed something bouncy to run/walk/whatever to & I'm sure I'll get better (& once you start running low on Oxygen, it starts sounding better).

I feel I may have been misunderstood.
My wife needed, essentially, a pre-programmed metronome so that when she did her interval training (switching intensity levels every sixty seconds), she didn't have to stare at a clock & a chart.
I was kind of locked into the boring drumbeat, but this wasn't intended for the top 40.
She looked all over for something like this & couldn't find it.
So, since it worked for her, I made it available.
I did say I welcomed comments & I do (& I know I've got a lot to learn), but I'm amazed(horrified) that anyone would just listen to this (though I appreciate your time cresshead).
Thanks
