View Full Version : Infinite-Realities zbrush model, Mild Nudity

This is the model Lee is giving away for people that sign up for his site. I used it as a lighting/shading exercise. So the modeling is by Lee Perry Smith and the Shading, hair, lighting/comp are by Chris Wells. I recommend viewing it 1 to 1. as scaling kills the little sasquatch hairs I did all over the body.

Lots of fun,

Mild nudity?

It's porn i tell you, i can actually see her ankles...heathen!

All kidding aside, nicely lit, nice use of the fill light for the face, works really well.

Nice render! Where is the model located?

This is a top model. Very good modeling (well studied anatomy) and lighting. And indeed, the hair tops it all, it sets it aside from all other models.

Oh, did I allready tell; very nice model :-)

Thanks for the kind comments. If anyone wanting to play with the model as well go to,

sign up and you get this model, it's a zbrush file so you have to have zbrush to get it to lightwave. but as you can tell it's an awesome model. Lee is a master at this stuff. the model is UV mapped for the displacements. It's about 6M polys in zbrush, I spit it out at about 400K to an obj. then put the displacement into the bump. for whatever reason modeler wasn't able to open the obj but layout was. anyway good times,

The sas hair around the body is nice

Modeler will choke with 400,000 polys. Try using decimation master in zbrush

Great work Chris. Good to see you are still using LW.

wow ! Can you tell us more about the Infinite Engine? it will be for lightwave or standalone plug?

Hi Andy,

yeah, I still use LW all the time. I actually bring in my dongle a lot to mess around with concepts and ideas.

Being one :) I still love LW. I just enjoy using it and want to keep doing so. with regard to my website, yeah, that was long overdue. it's still not great, but compared to the crappy old one. it's better. I want to get more info and gallery stuff. but haven't had the time and just don't enjoy messing with it. So who knows when.

moussepipi2000 ----I"m not sure what you're talking about. you may want to read the thread again. there's not a Infinite Engine,

Great picture! The hair is a cool idea :)
It gives a sense of coldness to the image...like there is a small breeze around her...

I love the hint of body hair very natural, excellent work!
