I'm using a 3-chip CCD Panasonic security camera with composite output (no other choice in outputs) and the keying for Liveset doesn't look too bad except when I have to load the footage into SpeedEdit and render to .m2p format (so that it works in Adobe Premiere CS3). Obviously, I lose quality when I have to compress the file. Does anyone know of another way to output the file to be read by Adobe Premiere (preferably something uncompressed or at the very least, less compressed)? Is there a plug-in I can use or should I do some cleaning in post with a product like Boris Continuum Chroma Key?

Presumably (as you mention LiveSet), the clips are standard def. There are some compressed options, but as uncompressed seems acceptable to you, I think the least bothersome approach would simple be to export uncompressed AVIs. Premiere should be able to handle that.
