    Angry Newtek Support Not Responding

Email request took 72 hours to get an answer back, the phones aren't being answered, and chat is timing out.

    What's going on?

I have an event on Sunday, and my equipment isn't working properly.

I finally got someone to answer on chat after over an hour of trying to connect today, and sitting on hold on the phone - right after posting this.

So while you are on hold, perhaps share your issue and maybe one of us users will have an answer to the problem?

    Thanks

    Hi, again.

If your website says chat is available, you should have someone there to answer it.

    This is ridiculous.

Going to echo this statement. Posting to this forum is the best resource for getting questions answered.

While the forums is a good place to get answers and many people will help. I would highly recommend working with NewTek technical support on issues, especially if the problem might be hardware related. The best way to contact is by using the chat system. I think you will be able to get access to support people fairly quickly using this method.
