Unhappy TalkShow and TC300 and Talkshow upgrade

Steve I wonder if you can answer this?
We were basically told we must up grade the Talkshow Software - I did this as all the fanfare seemed to imply I could do a lot more with the new software.
Well it can now receive calls. That is a major improvement.
However now the new software does not use AirSend (IVGAPro) to talk to the TC300. It only uses NDI which the TC300 apparently cant handle - So I have now lost an important feature to me.
The Airsend was an in Sync source of video and audio to the TC300.
Putting Audio and video in separately can cause a video delay (especially if all the cameras etc are not locked)
Are there any others who have lost Airsend and have found a way around it?
Support said they could not help and to ask in the forum.....

Is a very good question, and not one I've considered before. I'm not sure there's a solution that doesn't require you to use an sdi input. I'll try to come up with better info the next time I'm the office (I've just gotten back from nab and am off tomorrow, sorry.)

Thanks Steve- looking forward to your earliest reply as my SDI inputs are precious.

I did inquire about this last week, but have no good news to report I'm afraid. iVGA output is no longer supported, as you know, and there does not seem to be any way to do this. It's unfortunate, and I wish I had better news. It may be time to start thinking about a system with more inputs, I'm afraid.
