Studio IO or input module control

    Hi,

for a big project I'm working on, I'd need to install several tricaster systems, controlled by radio automation.

No problem there, but I'd also need to control video playback and/or record depending of feature availability on inputs or I/O modules.

Reading user manuals or integration guide, I cannot find any information about external control ( Macros, TCP...) of these units.

    What's the plan ?

    Best,

    jerome

At present, only TriCaster and VMC1 support macros. NC1 I/O has some remote control support via a webpage - record, play/stop, grab, load a media file. I don't have any info on direct TCP/IP methods at this time.

All of our products allow remote control, if you have a particular need or want information just email videosdk@newtek.com and we'll try to help.

TC1 an VMC1 allow you remotely control recording in the input module. Hit one record button to record everywhere.

Ok thanks. Could not see anything about that in user manual or release notes of VMC1.
