    STX Sky Lib Error

I just started getting this error message when launching Skype TX. It reads:

"STX Sky Lib Service has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available"

Ive tried restarting the computer but nothing seems to fix it. I have been trying to do some skype test calls but I continue to get this message and pretty much ends the call.

When you say "When launching Skype TX", can I assume you mean when launching the "Skype TX control" application - on a separate system, or locally on the TalkShow unit?

This is when you try to start the Skype TX software, I'm assuming the normal TalkShow quad interface UI comes up correctly?

You can download the Skype TX software separately from Microsoft and see if reinstalling fixes the issue.

For the record, to avoid confusion I make a point of always referring explicitly to the "Skype TX control application" by its full name (which I see no longer conforms to prior practice using a lower case "c"). https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/down....aspx?id=45887

Kane - Yes, the TalkShow quad interface UI comes up correctly without issue. I will try a reinstall.

Steve- Launching the Skype TX Control Application locally on the Talkshow unit gives me the error message. I can log in just fine, its after my log in when it is trying to sign me in does it say the error message.

Currently, Im not seeing the message come up. This is before my reinstall. However, it seams like the message comes up randomly. Just to be on the safe side I will try the reinstall. I'll see how that goes.
