I'm obviously new here, so we'll adhere to Newtek's transfer process described in the link below so both party's can ensure a legitimate transfer.

4th Menu click-down for Newteks transfer process.

PM me if interested. I'm also at usn_master@yahoo.com Newtek can verify my Cleverbridge purchase with that address as well.

    Thanks for looking.

Pricing this to sell $480. This is the 2015.3 commercial license and still a lot better than the current limited time $695 retail.

BUMP: I know I have seen at least two people on here talking about buying old versions of LW. They should pull the trigger and snap this up. It's a bargain.

Do you guys think I should eat the $100 transfer license fee or split it $50/$50 with the buyer?

One final price drop. $500, $480, $450 we split the license transfer fee $50/$50.

    Let me know.

    Bump.

Is Lightwave 3D 2015.3 so unloved that it can't sell at 35% off Newtek's own limited time offer?? lol

C'mon there has to be new studio workstations or freelancers. This is a steal.

rather quiet on these boards these days, some people left, others are waiting for LightWave 2017.

you might want to try to bump this thread once 2017 is out the door.

too bad i already got a license, $500 for LightWave 2015 is indeed pretty darn good.

Just wanted to note that it's now $450.

And I think upgrading from 2015.3 to 2017 if-it-ever-comes-out, will be a lot cheaper than buying 2017 straight up.

i think you'll have a better chance once 2017 is out.

though it might be named 2018 now i guess... ...

I'm beginning to think so lol. l I've had a few low ball offers and some others who just flake out. It's frustrating and I've learned a lesson that software doesn't retain value and I'm baffled why there's even a $100 license transfer fee. Nobody even wants the program.

based on "Best Guess" estimates from LWG, LW2017 should have been launched today, 14th of May.
    so shouldn't be too much longer now, maybe 1 month+ / 2 months+

this site:newtek.com always get trafficked on new launch dates, so bump the thread once 2017 is out.

because of the rewrite, LightWave kinda hit a "dark curve", it should improve once we get the launch.

Concurred. And that's when I'll probably test a higher asking price. Supply and demand.
