Great video! Really nice the interactive render. This 2 blog post and the 2 Unified Mesh System are the most exciting news for me.

By the way, VPR can preview only selective light groups? Maybe it's possible render different lightgroups? like in Maxwell render or Vray2 and 3 (great for archiviz and compositing complex light rigs). I don't see any specific AO pass in VPR...

    Thanks Lino and Rob

I hope there is a res multiplier for buffers. Keeping it all in one scene is convenient and same res object ID buffers etc are too small.

    PS looking awesome guys.

Good solid work. Useful, but not mind-blowing.

Now THIS is what I call communication.

All I can say is BRAVO Rob, Lino and the entire LW3DG. You are finally communicating with your userbase in a clear and consistent manner.

    Thank You!

Very nice adition, guys, thank you for that! I liked the new Render Properties panel and I am very curious about this new render engine! I think I saw a new viewport tab too?!?

Very nice. Brings up LW render functionality to the same level as other modern renderers. However, having been addicted to the speed of Octane, it is hard to imagine switching back to LW renderer (not to mention having to convert all my library - again)

Love it. Really hope the AE interchange gets some love with the new buffer abilities.

With capital letters - it must be! But probably just an internal thing like Purple was for LW6.

In any case, I like where this is going, new name or not.
