Have you registered your 11 product? If not then 11.5 will not show up for you. One of the benefits of registering is that you are able to gain access to updates and new releases in your user account.
If you have registered and are still having an issue then you can contact LightWave support here: https://www.lightwave3d.com/support/
But please make sure that you have logged into your account on www.lightwave3d.com (you need to remember your user name and password) and that you have registered your 11 product before contacting support. If you have forgotten your password then you can click on the Reset password option on right side of the support page.Rob Powers

Thanks NT. Now the ball is in my court to install and get used to this new version. Also a new version of LWCAD. And updating Dpont's sunsky & etc. Edit: I just looked at the addendum manual . . . Wow!
