If you are a LightWave 11 owner but have a problem getting the upgrade then try this:

Have you registered your 11 product? If not then 11.5 will not show up for you. One of the benefits of registering is that you are able to gain access to updates and new releases in your user account. However, if you have already registered 11 then you do not need to register 11.5 specifically. Your LightWave 11 registration will be all you need. If you have never registered any LightWave 11 product then you would need to do that in your user account.

Before contacting support please make sure that you have logged into your user account on www.lightwave3d.com (you need to remember your user name and password) and that you have registered your 11 product before contacting support. If you have forgotten your password then you can click on the Reset password option on right side of the support page.

If you have registered and are still having an issue then you can contact LightWave support here: https://www.lightwave3d.com/support/

    Thanks!
