XD850 Error windows 7 error message "com surrogate has stopped working"
Hi I have been loading the Tricaster for an awards presentation with 60 odd files that where saved from Final Cut Pro as XDCAM HD422 1080 50i (50Mb/s).
While in windows and transferring the files to "D" drive I kept getting a this error message "windows 7 error message "com surrogate has stopped working", can this cause a problem to operation of the XD850?
Any advise would be appreciated.
