Lightwave 11 Pre-Release??

Go to Newtek.com click on Lightwave in the menu.
On the lefthand side of the LW page there's a sidebar with "buying links/options" for various products including: LightWave 11 Pre-Release Upgrade. You need to log in first.

In that left sidebar, below the items to buy, is an Account Login. (Took me a bit to see it but, it's there on the left of the page.)
Now in the email that was sent, NT created a new account for me to use.
The username just appears to be your email and they generate a password for you. You enter those there on the lefthand side of the LW page. You might have to register - the link for registering is right below the login fields.

Once logged in, a Logout button appears where you logged in, and above that you'll see the words/link "Account Maintenance" - here you can update your info and change your password etc. - You'll want to do this; my information was incomplete.

Also, once you're logged in the content on the page should have an option at the bottom listing a price next to LightWave 11 Pre-Release. I joined HardCore at a price of $495 so that's the locked-in price for me. Your price may differ. (Note, I had a bunch of call for pricing links above the one with the price. So look for the one with the price.)

Is the upgrade offer (at the shown price) only available for 5 days, or is the download link (after purchase/upgrade) only available for 5 days after purchase?

The charter price is the price for the people who paid $395 for the Core/Hardcore charter membership way back. I was one of those first people so I get the $395 price. I don't know what the non-hardcore members get.

Is the Lightwave 11 trial available to HC members or just to anyone who buys the upgrade?

I bought Upgrade-Charter because this one had a fixed price and "put in a shopping cart" button. Other options had just "ask for price" link. I was just looking for "BUY" button, didn't really pay attention to price or which option I was buying, I just had to had it that instant.

Curious to find out what the difference between Upgrade, Upgrade-Charter, and Upgrade-Post is. Boris, did you pick up the Upgrade-Post? Seems that's the only one with a fixed price currently.

The pre-release version is listed for registered owners of LW10.0/10.1. I'm sure when the final version is available later this year then there will be the usual upgrade path.

On the left side there is a top list of products. Look for charter option there and press that, that's how I found a fixed figure and buy button.
