What is LightWave express

The one that comes with the VT
Well it did with VT1 and VT2
VT3 comes with 7 so don't know bout that one yet, I haven't upgraded from 2 yet.
It dosen't have as much as the full version.
 
Lightwave express was a cut down version of lightwave based off of 6.5. It was unable to use any third party plugins and was limited to video resolution.
