what am I missing?

trying to use a Spark for NDI input to a Tricaster 410. I installed Connect on the machine, now what do I need to do to have NDI show up as an input source? if this is explained somewhere, please send me a link.

Do you mean you installed the NDI-HX driver on your 410?

The best thing to do is open a support request new.tk/getsupport.

Note that NDI feeds are only available on a 410 via the Net inputs (and the TriCaster must be up to date, too.)
