wanted to buy...VT2 or VT3 to start video hobby again

I was last involved with Newtek with the old Amiga 4000 and the VT Flyer
I have the required computer system from Dell to run the board but need to know where to start and how much its going to cost me etc.??

Any help/suggestions would be appreciated
