Specific Symptoms:
Program and Preview inputs in the User Interface are flickering.
Steps to Fix / Workaround:
Restart the system and while the system is restarting hit F2 to reach the system bios. Once in the bios use the arrow keys to move over to the Advanced menu options. Arrow down to Chipset Configuration and hit enter.
At the bottom is the PCI latency Timer. IF it is set to 32 change it to 248 by using the down arrow key. You can then hit F10 and ok to save and exit. Then reenter the software and the video should not be flickering anymore.
