I just went to render a clip in SpeedEDIT 2.6.2, only to find SpeedHQ/NT25/possibly others are missing:

The presets are still there, but they all fall back to Uncompressed. They're also missing in VT[5]. I've tried reinstalling SpeedEDIT 2.6.2 along with installing the codec pack from the download page, but it's made no difference. Any ideas how I might fix this?
