Spark Plus IO 4K (HDMI) just stopped connecting to the network

I did contact Newtek and am waiting for a response, but tossing this out if anyone has thoughts. We used the Spark Saturday night without issue, but this morning while going through takedown checks, the Spark doesn't connect to the network successfully anymore. When I plug in to the switch, it seems to try to start properly (first two white lights blinking on the front; green/orange network port lights blinking). But after a few seconds, it seems to restart. The two left white lights are lit (2nd flickering), but on the ethernet port, the green light no longer illuminates...just the orange flickering as if receiving data. In addition we do use Discovery Server, but it no longer detects the Spark either.

Tried a factory reset, different cables, different switch, and line power with no success. I'm guessing its fried somehow, but hoping someone might have an idea of what I can try. Any ideas appreciated.
