I've tried seaching but have no results.

How do you get the "e" with the accent mark atop it?

I know you use alt+130, but I'm doing something wrong!

If so, hold down ALT, type 0233 on the numeric keypad, and then release ALT.

I guess I've got some old numbers. Where do you find the numbers to character chart.

When I need one I don't know, I usually just check the windows Character Map applet, but here's one more complete list:

I use them so infrequently that I thought I'd print the list off and keep it with a little binder of video gems, shortcuts and tricks.
