We just received our TalkShow 4000. After the first test we find out that we can use Skype TX if we are in the same sub-net but outside this sub-net Skype TX can't connecto to TalkShow. We try to add channels writing TalkShow 4000 IP address but Skype TX sais Can't find the unit.
We can ping, remote destop or anything Skype TX from the other subnet.
Is mandatory to have both computers in the same sub-net.? Is there a way to make it work? Any traffic (multicast or whatever) must be forwarded from one subnet to the other?
