PTZ-2 Self-test Issues

I've been trying to use my school's PTZ-2 cameras with our tricaster, and I have had this bizarre issue all of a sudden. Whenever I plug in a camera, it tries to self-test, but immediately fails. Any ways I could fix that?

I'm not the person who purchased them, so I have no idea what the company would be.

I don't think that will matter, as long as you have a serial number for the camera.

I see. I'll have to write doen the serial numbers when I can access the cameras next
