I realize that these feature requests are actually for bug fixes, but since the “User, Auto” is a method for getting animated backgrounds behind Lower Third Overlays, it seems really important, not just for me, but also many other’s on this forum. The User T bar Position, Auto, is Shift plus H in the manual but is broken when used
Tapping the H for the above causes a wipe to stop at the point the key is released (never reaches the preset). Holding the H cause the wipe to pass the preset point and then start bobbing up and down to above and below the preset until the key press is ended. Holding down the shift key and tapping “H” should just cause the wipe to move at the selected T-bar speed to the preset position where it stops.
Actually its’ brother shortcut Halfway T-bar, Auto, which is Shift + G, is broken in the exact same way. This one is mainly used to smoothly wipe to a centered split screen (also for supers) and a great feature as well.
For this tapping the G causes a wipe to stop at the point the key is released (never reaches halfway). Holding the G cause the wipe to pass the halfway point and then start bobbling up and down to above and below the halfway point until the key press is ended.
