Hi All,
I have a group of NC1 I/O boxes, one of which regularly drops off the network and the only fix seems to be a restart of that server. In this case, the NC1 is receiving quad-link 4K from two sources. When the device first restarts, all is good. After a period of time, usually between 12 and 24 hours, the device will not be able to be found in NDI Monitor. Plugging in an HDMI monitor and keyboard, we find the inputs on the multivieweer application black.
We did verify that all four links of each signal were present at the input to the video card when this occurs. I can close the NC1 application and restart it, but will get the same no-video, no NDI presence until I restart the chassis. Triple checked the network settings and I'm not finding any conflicts or misconfigurations and we have three other units that behave properly.
Anyone have any thoughts on this? I'm hoping to avoid a service call to Newtek, but if t needs to be done, then so be it!
