Modeler Lscript Question

Hi All,

Working on a self project. I have 1500 objects or so :: i was looking for a way to load each one into modeler one at a time, merge the points, set the surface (maybe some other commands here), then save and close the object - iterate and do the next one.

I thought I could record lscript commander which have done in Layout, but that doesn't appear in modeler (??). Maybe I just missed it?

Using LW 2015.3. Is there an easy way to do this? Not looking to learn a new programming language at this point (but maybe I have to!).

Thanks,
- M.

Don´t think you can do that in modeler, lscript commander is for layout action macros.

Batch edit actions in moder on several items, tricky one.

you can execute lscripts, but it´s like two different worlds and getting layout commands in to layout I don´t think is possible, the other way around is easier, though not fully supported.

Maybe a python script in modeler, but don´t expect macrorecording features like in layout.
