Macro reference - more info somewhere?

I'm diving into STP's replay macros (thank you!), using them as a tutorial to expand my TC2 macro knowledge, esp. for replay work, but stymied in some places by a lack of info (that I can find) on macro commands. I'm using the TC2's "online" command reference page, and while some have an explanation of use, many do not.

Is there a more comprehensive macro command reference?

Macros are discussed in more detail in the Automation and Integration Guide, but it does not provide the exhaustive list of shortcuts you find on the live webpage.
 
Yup, it's a complete list, no problem there, but I'm trying to find more documentation about those macros. My searches here on specific commands tend to come up dry.
