Latest Channel Update

Has anyone installed the latest channel update? I updated my VS4000 and TC1 channels and had to revert back as remote Skype callers with marginal Internet speeds were stuttering at 540 or 720p instead of down-resing to 360, 240 or 180 as they used to do. We consider 360p the lowest resolution for a viable show and move them over to Zoom if their Internet speed doesn't work with Skype TX.
