I'm in a jam and needs some help exporting a few LiveSets ASAP.

Good Morning,

I have a TC Mini, but can't purchase VSE yet.

I have created 4 different double box looks in Photoshop, they look like they're built right, I just can't export them.

Would anyone be willing to export 4 livesets for me?

Just to mention it, if you're running AE, you could probably doing this without either VSE or LiveSets (by loading the PSD as a border applied to layer B in a 2-Layer effect, and resizing/positioning layer A to match.
 
Thanks Steve, but I am currently not using AE. However, since you brought it up, does AE include VSE? Or is it still separate?
