I require a simple model

Hi, my name is Luciano and I've been a Lightwave user since my amiga days. I'm not a great modeler. I'm looking for someone who wants to model "for free" a simple sphere with three slots engraved with three symbols. this sphere is part of a comic project, 1/3 currently doing the second volume.
Thanks in advance to anyone willing to help me. I don't need any texture, sincerely Luciano.

What version of lightwave should it be targeted for? How heavy of a polygon count should it be? How big should it be?

I've some free time. Seems like a simple task using something like Mesh Edit once those slot shapes are made.
