I know it's a Skype issue, but I need help (VS-4000)

Everything on the VS-4000 is working great except... When I try to dial in to the system using my mobile Skype app, the call is immediately declined.
My personal Skype account is in the TalkShow's Skype TX contact list.
The Skype account used to launch Skype TX on the TalkShow is in my phone app's contact list.

Skype TX is set to accept all incoming calls.

I can place a call to my phone from the TalkShow.

Skype TX software is current, as is the TalkShow software.
