HELP. Missing file Utilities.mpg123.x86.SE.spd preventing SE2.6 from opening

Hi All,
Fired up my two laptops and wanted to edit a quick couple of cell phone videos but when I clicked on the app icon for SE I received the following message:
code execution can not proceed because Utilities.mpg123.x86.SE.spd was not found. Reinstalling may fix this problem. A reinstall did not fix. Any help is appreciuated.

Thanks. Actually started with 1.0 and moved to 2.6 trying to alleviate the issue. Still trying a few things. Other ideas welcome
