defragmentation object in lightwave 2018

hi guys, need your help.
we want create a effect to defragmentation one object in ashes.
Image to have a head and create a good effect to trasform it in ashes mini-mountain.
How can create it?
need to have a small fume fx for dust so think use hypervelox for it but for disrupt object?
fracture have big part, denis pontonier plugin dont work on 2018.

Did you try using object surface as a source of particles.. ? At the right moment in envelope dissolve object from 0% to 100% (step mode). So object in one frame is LWO, the next frame it's particles. Then you can animate particles the way you want..
 
hi sensei, ok ive create a sphere for test.
in "effect panel" aptived "Hyper Velox 3.0" in "Legacy volumetric".
in surface give trasparency from 0% -> 100% from frame 0 to frame 1 so from frame 1 i see only particular.
in object properties (sphere) i've instanced another small sphere as surface. if use particles see only one or two small sphere.

but now as can anim it?

Object Properties, FX, add Emitter,
Generate by: Frame (default is Sec),
Particle Limit appropriate..
Birth rate: appropriate..
That's just for a start.
