Custom Fade is Zooming in Animation Store Creator

Working on a transporter effect to do during a live show. I figure throwing a transporter effect over a A/B fade would work for a high school news show.

For some reason when I add the EXR sequence A will fade and zoom. I just need it to fade. I am exporting my EXR sequence from Premier with Alpha. Here is a screen cap of what I am seeing:

Any ideas?

Never tried it myself with an EXR... Would you mind to give it a try with a TARGA sequence instead?

I'll give it a shot. I had to drop it for the show I wanted to do, but now I have more time to play around with it all.
