Controller won't work

Hello all. We just got a new TC1 Pro and it launches just fine but the replay controller does not light up and won't function.
Even after launching a session, the controller is still dark. Tried different USB ports and a different USB cable.

Any suggestions?

I just connected our old 3Play 425 Controller and it powered up right away. Still can't get brand new one to power up.

Are you talking about the 3PLAY 3P1/3P2 replay controllers with the keypad? Those aren't supported on TriCaster for replay. It has to be a Timewarp or 3PLAY 425 unit (no keypad) to work.

Oops, yes, we got a brand new 3P2 replay machine and controller. That is the controller that won't light up. The old 425 controller lights up on it, though. A ticket has been submitted to Newtek.

We also got a brand new Tricaster TC1 Pro, and it has issues with the fader bar...also submitted a ticket.
