Hi, I wanted to know if the 3play storage disks have any special characteristics or if they know of a special brand. We have bought several SEAGATE 2tb discs, barracuda, to change them in our 3play 440 but we have had problems that it loses frames when advancing or delaying a clip. Freeze clip momentarily, etc. We have followed Newtek's recommendations to buy 7200rpm, cache 256, size 2tr drives but have not solved the problem.
