Can a Skype phone number be assigned to the Talkshow 4000?

Our shop produces both video and audio content, and a large portion of the radio show is call-ins. We have a single-channel phone hybrid, but the management would like to connect to multiple callers at once. Ergo, is it possible to use the Talkshow 4000 as a 4-channel VOIP hybrid?

Can we have a Skype phone number assigned to Skype TX? If so, could one number be dialed into from multiple places at once, or would each channel require their own number?
