"Assign Pivot" -- missing from dox// removed in 2015? / function?

DOCUMENTATION OMISSION?? Has "Assign Pivot" been removed from LWM? It's not in the 2015 dox (by Search).

It's not in the previous dox either (LW10). What is it's function? How does it differ from "Move Pivot"?


(Also, why are there so few posts in this forum?, it's like they get deleted or something.)
