We have had a 3Play MINI since 2018, in May of this year the system had a drive failure and everything got corrupted including the recovery, after contacting Newtek, I was informed that the only way to recover would be to buy a 3rd party OS image, which we did, but now the problem is my NDI outputs no longer work, I have tried many solutions found online, like using NDI tools to verify the network is working and capable of NDI communication, but so far I have not had any luck bringing the NDI outputs to work, any help would be greatly appreciated.
