Hi All,
Was using our 3play mini (HD4i) and noticed we can only get audio on their A output or B output, one at a time.
Is that by design?
On the regular 3 play units, A and B outputs are separate connections on the backplane. Thus you could play a video with audio on A, then select the B channel and work over there, without affecting the audio playing out on A.
But on this mini, as soon as you click off of Ch A, the audio goes away too.
As soon as you click back on A, the audio returns.
Any advice?
