3P1 Warning "an item with the same key has already been added"

Hello!
I was using 3Play on esports production replay system.
During operation I suddenly realized that record "Left On Disk" time is rapidly decreasing even though I only use 1 camera with 1080p59.94 .
In the log viewer, there was C# error log on it.
Perhaps it occured when I tried to duplicate clip by copy n paste them.

Unfortunately I could not copy entire log, but I could take screenshot of it.

Let me know if I did something wrong.

When I take that screenshot I had about 200hours left on disk as you can see on screenshot.
Now I have only 14hours LOD after it occured

logfile attached. I had to compress data size so I manually deleted top lines.
