New graphics card and LW 7.5c crashes

I just bought a new graphics card, an MSI GeForce FX 5600 VTDR-128 MB. When I start LW (running 7.5c) it crashes on startup and won't respond. This happens both in Layout and Modeler. I updated the Graphics card drivers from the MSI website and I did a repair installation of LW. No luck with that. Does anyone have any suggestions? Oh, I'm running Win2K on a 2GHz Pentium 4.

Check the openGL settings for your videocard and drivers...

Also try copying your lightwave CFG files somewhere else...from their original spot, then start LW without CFG files

I would try removing your current drivers, and get the newest drivers from NVIDIA'S web site.
