After sitting on the sidelines for so long, I finally decided to actually post something. Here is a woman I am working on based on the fantastic tutorials by Dan Ablan (no textures yet). I am fairly new to LW and I am having a great time learning this wonderful program!
I am still using 6.5, so I will be making poly hair next.

really nice...and its good to see an expression on these bald women..
uhm , not that I could model anything near that well, but whats with the weird lines on her thighs and legs...poly errors or reflections?

It took me forever to get close to this level. Very nicely done.
Great smile, proportions, musculature, bone structure.
Very Nice
Keep up the great work.

Thanks!, the lines on her legs are mostly due to reflections (I had the surface set at 21% glossy to help catch imperfections). The shins are a little too sharp in front as well, so I'll take care of that.

Looks really good, i also love the facial expression, it looks odd at first, not used to seeing these baldies with smiles but if i put my hand over the top of the head the face looks spot on so it should look amazing when she gets a wig :)

Looks nice. Facial expression is believable. I might soften the area around the abdomen/ribs. Looks pretty sharp and too defined. Anatomy looks pretty good.

Hello,

Would you mind posting some wireframes for us to see. I am interested in seeing how you made the shoulder area and the knees. Currently I am working on a charater, and I have found the shoulder area tough for me to do:)

Thanks.

oxyg3n - take a look at:

and click on chest to see how this artist models the shoulder area.

Hey Spombo -

This model is great. The defination is good - it could be tighter if you want to push it further into the realm of photorealism. Ribs, calf refinement, more lower stomach muscles and upper pelvis shaping, and more visible thigh muscles. The head seem is visible too. The head looks a little too round overall. But that expression is great.
Don't get me wrong, this model looks good as is. I'll check in with it when you start the mapping process.
Take care.
