While we might assume you're using the latest build of SpeedEDIT stand-alone (version 1.5.5) you'd do well to let us know the model of your TriCaster hardware, and also which software version of TriCaster you're running...

i am using SE 1.5.5 and a tricaster broadcast. im not sure if it's updated to the latest version or not. thank you
