Where is the report post button?

I don't see the report post button, I am using Internet Explorer 7 on Vista.

it's a little icon over in the left area, under a person's avatar...sorta looks like a web page with a ! inside a yellow triangle.

if you look at mine right now, it is just to the right of where it says "Johnny is online now."
