window manipulation

i did something and now my timeline and storyboard are side by side. how do i put it back with timeline on bottom and storyboard on top, for example?

Move your cursor to the upper corner of your monitor to drop down the application bar. Right click on the bar and choose Horizontal.

i'm sorry but i can't get the application bar to drop no matter where i move my cursor

It's the little bar that separates the Timeline window from the Window next to it. Right click on there.

Try the escape key ESC shortcut. It should toggle the Main Menu as well.

Move your cursor to the upper corner of your monitor to drop down the application bar. Right click on the bar and choose Horizontal.
Or take the easy route: Simply double-click on that divider bar (situated between the two windows)
