Very good character animation of the creature. The tail action is convincing. My only criticism is the length of time it takes for the creature to start walking ( a full 20 seconds). He spends much time in the distant shadow before going to the door. Of course I don't know the context of the shot so it may be ok afterall. Good job. :)

There's some nice movement with the tail, a bit sporadic at times though. But I've gotta agree with lwsalvatore, it's too much time in the dark background. I can hardly see what's going on. If you fix that, maybe it'd be easier to give feedback. :)
