No audio

Hey I'm hopping someone will have an idea whats going. I've got a piece of h.264 video... to be exact its h.264 hdtv 1080p 29.97 high quality, its NTSC, 1920x1080 progressive, and the audio is AAC, 160[kbps], 48 kHz stereo (It was encoded using Adobe Media Encoder, orginally a AVCHD file from a Sony Handycam HDR-SR7). When I play it in QT it works fine, sound works and is good, video is good. When I take it into SE, all I get is video, no audio play at all. Anyone got any ideas? I have A3C filters installed and in my preferences its enabled.
