sound (help)

I am saving my movie in AVI. now how do I give it a sound so when I play AVI the sound will synchronize with my movie.

also, why does not a powerful app like LW come with this function??

If you need to add sound, use VirtualDub or other tools. 3Dapps only use sound for lip-sync but will not render it to a file. Doesn't matter much 'cos sensible people always render to image sequences first.

You can load sound into Layout to synch with your animation. Load it under the scene editor. It will not however render in your animaiton.

You have to use a 3rd party app to composite sound into your video. Something like Adobe Premiere will work for you.
