XP won't go into Standby because of Toaster

My computer(running windows XP) will not go into standby mode because the toaster driver is preventing it? I tried the kill winRTME link and it still doesn't go into standby. Is there a reason for this and can it be fixed in a future build.

Will it go to Hibernate? This may be a safer way anyhow ;)
