What CD software to use for backup of files on T3?

Does anyone know what programs are best to use for backing up files to CD?

I know that Easy CD Creator is considered a "No No", but I need some way to get files onto my T3 system AND backup other things like scanned images and narrations and other stuff.

What works without conflict?

the "packet writing" (EasyCD) part of CD creator is the NO NO, not the whole app, but just to be safe you can go with Nero.
